OCKMMA was greatly honored when members of the U.S. Marshals Special Response Team (S.R.T.) stepped onto our mat to train with our coaches.  The S.R.T. is a specially trained and equipped unit deployed within the district in high risk situations.  Recently, the brave members of the S.R.T. responded to the notorious, San Bernardino terrorist attack.

Coach Ricky Sexton, Professor Mohammad Bakhtiari, and Kru Roman Gutierrez all worked with Members of the S.R.T. in close-quarters combat; empty-hand techniques; arrest/control measures; and other, vital tactics that help the S.R.T. get their job done.

The First Congress created the Department of Justice U.S. Marshals via the Judiciary Act of 1789. They were given extensive authority to support the federal courts within their judicial districts and to carry out all lawful orders issued by judges, Congress, or the president.

Team OCKMMA is grateful to become part of this legendary history and help train the S.R.T.  These courageous and selfless individuals keep our great nation safe — and we all owe them a tremendous debt of gratitude.

Thank You U.S. Marshals For Visiting!

We’ll Train With You Anytime!
