OC KICKBOXING INSTRUCTOR AND FIGHTER BOBBY "THE MACHINE" TACHINE EARNS HIS SPOT ON THE UNITED STATES SAVATE TEAM
Make no mistake, Bobby is the nicest guy in world....until you step in the ring with him. Bobby head kicked, swept and punched his 6' 4'' self into the 165 and below spot Saturday at the US Savate Nationals, earning himself one of eight spots on the team. (Every other year, eight individuals are chosen to represent the United States and compete against over 30 other countries in the World Savate Assualt Championships held in Europe.)

Above Sean Sherk and OCKB personal trainer Jocelyn compare guns. Over the weekend OC Kickboxing & MMA kids Brandon, Mike and Jocelyn were down in Long Beach hanging out with friends Pat Miletich and Sean Sherk. It was a great showing with thousands of people attending. There was a booth for every clothing and gear line imaginable, the US Open of Grappling and a lot of MMA celebrities. The marines were even there explaining the soldiers' MCMAP hand to hand combat system while kickin it next to armored hummers. Fighters were signing autographs with huge, two hour long lines snaking through the tables, filled with fans eager to shake hands and get some ink on their pictures. In short, it was a like Disneyland for the fight fan.
