Get the Fit, Ripped Body You’ve Always Wanted!

Our Combat Fit Boot Camp is an inspired workout that uses your own body weight along with kettle-bells, battle ropes, hammers and other fitness equipment to give you a complete, full-body workout every time you step into class.

Class kicks off with a 5-10 minute dynamic warm-up and then dives straight into the first of 2 workouts. Each eight-week cycle is broken into 3 phases:

  • Phase 1 (weeks 1 & 2) Form;

  • Phase 2 (week 3-5) Strength;

  • Phase 3 (weeks 6-8) Speed.

You’ll progress through each eight-week cycle by setting personal records on PR day at the beginning of each cycle — and then exceeding those records on Challenge Day at the end of each cycle.

You’ll be led by Coach Mark Hibbard who provides the necessary guidance and expertise to ensure that each Boot-Camper achieves their goals in a fun, yet challenging, environment. Coach Mark is one of the most skilled, well-trained strength/fitness coaches in the industry. He holds several, fitness/health degrees including:

  • Associates of Science in Sports Rehabilitation Therapy; Fremont College, Cerritos CA.

  • Bachelors of Science with an emphasis in Athletic Training; Concordia University, Irvine CA.

  • Masters in Coaching and Athletic Administration; Concordia University, Irvine CA.

In addition to his scholastic credentials, Coach Mark also has an impressive record in the industry including:  Assistant Athletic Trainer (Golden West College); Head Athletic Trainer (Orange County Blues, United Soccer League); Assistant Athletic Trainer (Los Angeles Rugby Club); and he works with the West Coast Sports Medicine Foundation.

For those of you who are veterans of the OCKMMA family, you will remember that Coach Mark was also the Strength and Conditioning Coach for our kick-ass Fight Team.

Last, but not least, he possesses numerous fitness certifications:

  • Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC)

  • Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM)

  • MMA Conditioning Specialist (NASM)

  • Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM)

  • Hardstyle Kettlebell Certified (Dragon Door)

  • Level 1 KT Tape Certified

  • CPR and First Aid Certified

  • ATEP Preceptor for CSU Long Beach and Concordia University Irvine
