Our Combat Fit Bootcamp is a one-hour functional fitness workout. This HITT-inspired workout uses your own body weight along with kettlebells, battle ropes, hammers and many other fitness equipment to give you a complete full body workout each and every time you step in to class.

You’ll be led Coach Leaum Pettigrew, who launched this program, one of OCKMMA’s most talented and motivational coaches. And by the way, not only is Coach Leaum a TOTAL Bad-Ass, but he is also a REAL Marine!  (Oh wait a minute … that’s a total redundancy).

Anyway, Coach Leaum also holds holds numerous fitness and training certifications including:

  • Personal Training — NESTA


  • Black Belt MCMAP — USMC

  • Macronutrition

Class kicks off with a 5-10 minute dynamic warm up and dives straight in to the first of 2 workouts done in each class. Each month or cycle is broken in to 3 phases: phase 1 (week 1) form, phase 2 (week 2+3) strength, and phase 3 (week 4) speed. You will be able to track your own progress each cycle by setting new personal records on PR day at the beginning of the month and breaking those records on Challenge day at the end of the month.
