OC Kickboxing & Mixed Martial Arts, Inc. (OCKMMA) is pleased to announce that we have partnered with fodada clothing company to raise awareness about women’s safety, protecting women, and promoting the importance of self-confidence and female empowerment. OCKMMA is excited to open registration for the 6th Annual fodada International Women’s Self Defense Day to any and all women in Southern California who wish to join us for a day of discovery, empowerment and fun!
The fodada clothing line celebrates, promotes and supports great dads – and every purchase helps to fund free programs for families and interactivity to empowerment. (The company was named for the founder’s son’s favorite pastime of presenting anything and everything and proudly declaring “fodada”).
Thanks to fodada’s commitment and dedication, tens of thousands of women will attend these free self-defense seminars across the United States and beyond — including Pakistan, India, South Africa, Belgium, and Israel. OCKMMA is both proud and honoured to be a part of this noble movement and to help bring awareness to the world and empowerment to women.
OCKMMA is also honoured to be a part of this important, international movement and fodada’s powerful message to all women everywhere. OCKMMA’s FREE seminar will be taught by several of our skilled, martial arts coaches who are experts in grappling, weapons and self-defense techniques. Our Resident Black-Belt Professor Mohammad Bakhtiari and Black-Belt, Owner of Vulkan Gi Company Professor Matheus de Costa and a select number of OCKMMA Coaches will be teaching all areas of this important and powerful seminar.
OC Kickboxing & Mixed Martial Arts’ free self-defense seminar is Open to all Women. This one and one half (1 1/2) hour seminar will focus on 360 situational awareness, learning the mind-set for combat, mental and physical preparedness, female empowerment, improvised weapons identification/training and hands-on, self-defense techniques.
