OCKMMA All-Stars Recognized

Dear Community of Orange County!

OCKMMA isn’t just a phenomenal, state-of-the-art Martial Arts Academy we also joyously give back to YOU — the community that has given so much to us!

Just ask our committed, talented and caring coaches (from left to right) Kru Roman Gutierrez; Kru Janice Phung; Coach Felipe Munoz; and Coach Bryan “Future” Castro.  In fact, you may have read about our coaches and our All-Stars Program in the OC Register.

One of our many pro-bono (100% free) programs of which we are most proud is our “All-Stars Program” — a program that was designed and created specifically for children with autism.  This program has been operating for over one year — and no parent has paid a dime to enroll their children.  We have personally witnessed tremendous results in our kids — and we couldn’t be happier that our program has grown exponentially!

Autism Speaks is an autism advocacy organization in the United States that sponsors autism research and conducts awareness and outreach activities aimed at families, governments, and the public.  Recently, Autism Speaks recognized OCKMMA and its staff for the fine work we have been doing in our All-Stars Program. In fact, we just received a sizable grant from Autism Speaks — and we are now able to expand our All-Stars Program.

So, if your child is an All-Star, or you know an All-Star, bring ’em down to OCKMMA.  We now have even more scholarships available due to the generosity of Autism Speaks — and every penny of this grant will be used for our All-Stars Program!

The OCKMMA Team is grateful to Autism Speaks for allowing us to increase our community outreach.

See you on the mat!
